When creating our narrative we began thinking about narrative structures. Todorov's structure is one which is used in many films however we realised that because we would be creating a trailer, we don't need to show and ending and therefore we would stop at the climax. This would consequently persuade the audience to watch the full film to find out whether or not there is a happy ending.
